The Intergalactic Trade Consortium is a co-operative, profit sharing corporation.

Through the use of market windfalls ITC looks to maximize member assets by compairing component breakdowns verses regional sale pricing. Profits gained from monthly activities are returned to members and share holders.

The following schedule is used.

1. Corp maintains 51% Shares at all times.
2. Corp Office rent paid.
3. Up to max of 49% of monthly profits paid to shareholders. Profit balanced paid to shareholders with Corp maintaining 51% of shares minimum.
4. Remaining balance paid to current employees from the Corporate Share return.

Example = A 100 Mil profit month would look like this.
100,000,000 - Rent 23,000,000 = 77,000,000 isk
77,000,000 paid to 10,000 shares at 7,700 isk per share.
Corp maintains 5,100 shares (min) or 39,270,000 isk..
39,270,000 paid evenly to current employees.

Currently Employees earn 10 Shares per month of employment.
Additional Shares can be purchased to maximize profit gains.
